Refund policy

For online sales, there is a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. In-store policies may vary, so please verify terms at the time of purchase or by calling 808.989.7292.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need  to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return for online purchases, please contact us at justukes2@yahoo.com. Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Again, in-store policies may differ.   

Items that are sent back without first requesting a return, via email, will not be accepted. Items returned for purposes other than those outlined in the "Damages and Issues" section, will be assessed for shipping costs. Subject shipping cost will then be deducted from the amount being refunded.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and notify you once the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
